This builds stronger emotional language, better communication, and self-awareness under stress. We approach emotional fluency the same way we approach focus and performance: as a skill to be built and mastered.

What are the logistics and schedule?

5-day sessions run Monday-Friday, 9 AM-4 PM in Westside Los Angeles with secure drop-off and pickup. We maintain small groups with maximum 16 campers per session. Optional extended care is available 4-5 PM for $50/week.

Do campers need to bring their own lunch?

Yes. Campers must bring their own packed lunch and a reusable water bottle each day. We encourage nutritious, easy-to-eat meals that support energy and focus throughout the day.

Are snacks provided during the day?

Healthy, high-protein snacks are available for purchase through an on-site vending machine. Both day campers and those enrolled in extended care can access these options during designated breaks.

Is water available on site?

Yes! There is a hydration refill station available on-site. We recommend campers bring a labeled, refillable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout all activities.
